I found a shoe labeled 35 Euros and when i wanted to buy, it become 60 Euros. And they said the label was wrong and they did this without warning me about the price change. This is unfair and very bad reputation. JD is not trustworthy!

I Shopped with my Daughter. When paying at the cashier"s , something went wrong with their device, The GIRL there was so keen to say out loud: "DECLINED", imagine the embarassment infront of everbody. ""I"" said try again and it worked... To GIRL there...i make more money in one day than what you make in a month...NOT EVEN GOOD MANNERS

If there is a zero star they deserve it. People who work there have very bad attitude I was asking for a shoes size he gave me a side look and said drinks not allowed I was holding my coffee which was sealed. I went to the cashier and and told him that he doesn’t want to answer and he was rude and the answer was ok!! never seen worse than the people who work there

Customer service was worst than anywhere else. Great job for making customers not buying anything. Disrespectful, disappointed. Never coming again.

Service is awful. I just wanted to buy some packet for my shoes and i had to wait for that like 15 minutes. Nobody care about clients. Probably there are people who are learning, but its not my problem. I lost all trains i had

I can't believe that JD Sports has such dirty workers, even the manager was extremely rude in an exaggerated way. Literally, it takes about 20 minutes to get the shoe size as if they make the shoe for you from the factory. Are you kidding? And when you ask why this delay, they rudely kick you out of the store and tell you we don't have time, and the store was empty. This is the first time I write a review because this is not my nature, but this is not the first time I visit JD Sports. I visited it in Berlin and Hamburg several times and the staff were very respectful and when a problem occurred they apologized and solved it immediately, but this is the first time I visited Dusseldorf, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The manager and some employees should be changed because of their dirty treatment of customers, they give a very rude image of JD Sports in Düsseldorf.

Tried shopping here tonight for running clothes. Found a lot of clothes that I wanted to try on but the fitting rooms were closed. I asked one of the sales staff if I could try the clothes on and she said they were closed and to try again tomorrow! It was only 5pm! What an embarrassment that the store can’t keep enough staff/doesn’t want to hire enough staff to be able to have fitting rooms open. The store is also extremely dirty. Don’t waste your time shopping here.

They have a taxt free notification put on the counter, but the staff member told me I cannot have tax refund. Besides, one staff member told me they had another size in storage, but the other one said he did't find it. Confusing shopping experience.

I have never seen such rude behavior from a salesperson to a customer, the saleswoman with complete disrespect did not answer my question about the sneakers and rudely took them from me. While I had bought a lot from the store, I had to cancel the purchase due to disrespect. I definitely reserve the right to pursue the legal issue of whether or not this behavior was done to me due to the fact that I was a foreigner.
