Very bad. I ordered a massage chair to be delivered between 15 and 20 januari cost me 3,5k. I had to call for it 3 times in order te make the delivery appointment. They finally came up with a date at the 20th. So I took a day off. On the afternoon of the 20th DHL Simply mailed me. Sorry for the inconvience but the truck left without your chair. I contacted Johnson HT they would check it, after 2 hours I contact them again. They did not undertake any action. They told me its not their responsibility anymore and lies in the hand of DHL. Well no! I ordered with Johnson. So customer service means nothing to them. When the product is out warehouse you are on your own. I should have read the bad reviews before I placed my order.
