Absolutely brilliant idea! All the products are superbly executed, and the matrix is simply fantastic and unlike anything else available in Germany. However, I would love a completely sugar-free version (i.e., without sucralose) or at least one with erythritol or stevia instead. It's probably easier said than done, but despite its low GI, sucralose is really bad for the body. Acesulfame-K would be much better. Please, please, please reconsider!

Thank you so much for your feedback. Our customers' opinions are always extremely important to us! When selecting sweeteners, we had to consider and specifically differentiate between functional and health-related risk factors. Some have no impact on blood sugar and insulin levels but are considered harmful to health. Others, on the other hand, are considered safe but have been shown to promote insulin release.<br><br>We experimented extensively with stevia but simply couldn't achieve a good taste. We couldn't use acesulfame K because it's the only sweetener that has been shown to activate insulin. And we absolutely didn't want aspartame in our KETOIN.<br><br>For these reasons, only two alternatives were viable for us: saccharin and sucralose. Both are suitable for diabetics, have absolutely no effect on insulin activity, and are ideal for a ketogenic diet. According to current studies, they are considered safe and have a safety factor of 100. Since our customers often have a very sensitive stomach due to their ketogenic lifestyle, we've been very sparing with the sweetener – true to the motto: as little as possible, as much as necessary! The resulting flavor, combined with the MCT fat, is now something you can see and taste.<br><br>We will, however, continue to improve and optimize all our products.
