Anyone looking for a custom road or gravel bike has come to the right place. Many thanks to Sven and the entire La Bici team; you're doing a truly fantastic job. After Sven's on-site consultation, I opted for a La Bici frame, and I'm absolutely thrilled after picking it up today. You always feel welcome, and the entire customer service is always reliable and fast, something you definitely don't get at many of the manufacturer's "stores"! What a great experience! just ordered my „dream bike“ at Labici. Had enough experience with bike shops in the past, but was never satisfied. Being a (very) short rider it has always been a challenge with bike sizing. Sven understood my concerns and took the time to prepare and order the bike I want. Now need to wait for the results 😉 Will update the post, once I have ridden the bike but certainly recommend the shop!

Great shop! They’re very friendly and helpful (and they speak English for me). Really nice selection of kit. I needed a jacket for winter riding and found a great one there.

A really good shop with very nice staff. If you have specific questions and requests they do nearly everything to help you out directly (e.g. take out some special screws you need from an existing bike that is on sale). And they are really thorough in servicing your bike when you need a good service. Yes you need to make an appointment prior, but that helps them to really have time for your bike and your specific demands.
