Unacceptable poor service by the guy with long beard. We are regularly purchasing from the brand online and from "home" shop in Frankfurt....but service is non existence from the Düsseldorf shop. The guy with beard should clearly be sacked or be placed back of house. After living in Germany for a few years - this is the worst customer service ever. He's arrogant and clearly unhappy with his job. Unacceptable Lacoste!

I wasn't even greeted when I entered the store, let alone asked if I needed any help. On the contrary, I felt like I was bothering them, as the employee was busy with his smartphone, and I only got a dismissive look. But no problem, I went diagonally across the street to another store where I was greeted warmly, received good advice, and spent my money there. Such unfriendly and arrogant behavior is unacceptable, and I would seriously reconsider keeping that employee on if I were the boss!

Up until now, the service has usually been friendly and courteous, but today the salesperson was rude, curt, condescending, and just generally extremely unpleasant. I'm afraid if this happens again, I won't be going there anymore. Are they running out of good staff, or are they trying to thin out their customer base? It's amazing what you can experience these days.

I haven't felt so badly served in a long time. When I asked if the children's department was downstairs, I just got a curt nod. Downstairs, we had to wait five minutes before someone served us, and they were rather unfriendly and rude... even though we only needed to exchange something. I have to add that there were no other customers, and the two salespeople didn't seem particularly stressed. So... I'd rather go to Cologne than go into the store in Düsseldorf again.

A very pleasant atmosphere. The owner and the sales assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is ample and tastefully presented. I needed assistance, and they helped me immediately; the quality of the advice was truly excellent. I am very satisfied with my purchases. The missing items were ordered from the online shop and delivered to my home. It was quick and easy. I would gladly shop there again.

The sales staff preferred to chat rather than serve customers. Only the salesperson took care of everyone and even checked the stock when the right size wasn't available. Conditions were like those at a discount store. Absolutely unworthy of a store of this brand and location.
