I’ve had my lease bike with Lucky Bike for two years now and I cycle a lot! They’ve never let me down—whether it’s for regular service or an urgent problem. They always try to fix things right away, or when possible by the next day at the latest. Fantastic team. Thank you!!

The most unprofessional and unfriendly staff ever! Bought an expensive bike, was checking out at the counter, and while waiting I also checked for a stepper to exchange on my old bike. A very „intelligent“ 5-day bearded huge man comes to me and starts arguing why I am taking photos of the steppers. Extremely rude. When he came to the counter seeing I had actually been a client, and I told him I should have canceled and bought elsewhere, he said: „I don’t care, bye“. Old-school customer service, typical!

they are quick and always fix my bike when it needs to, taking attention to other details when needs to be done too.

Excellent team of great people. You can also check showroom price and website price. I recommend the services at the highest level. (at same time prices little high) Thank you Lucky Bike 🚲 team for your professional approach and great cooperation. One star is reduced because I am not satisfied with final assembly

Employees friendly but sometimes clueless. Wide selection of bikes and accessories on two floors. Following all current COVID-19 regulations so I felt safe. Bike service department is hit and miss... so I would say that is the reason this is called lucky bike... :)

Tim was very helpful in explaining the details of problems in my old bike. He thoroughly examined the issues and fixed certain basic problem such as jammed break wire or the flash light wiring without any fee or cost as such. He also explained me that what are the things I must take care very soon such as tyres, break wire etc if I expect to use this bike daily. With his advise, I think better I invest in a new bike and definitely this store gonna be my obvious choice to buy that in next coming month. I highly recommend Tim and this store in future.

I bought my e-Bike from this store last year. The staff were friendly and helpful and that made it easy for me to choose the right bike. The servicing team was also very quick and professional. Would appreciate if more of the staff could speak English, but we managed well with a combination of English and German.

Service was excellent. Shop is bigger and has more brands than their other branch in Düsseldorf. I found someone who was able to speak English to help answer my questions. Because of that I was able to buy the bike I wanted. The service center though I struggled with my limited German skills since the person manning it does not speak English. Regardless I highly recommend this store.

The shop is quite big and almost every essential thing is available. Bought three components without any hassle .The best part is how they attend their customers. The the person was really nice and helpful. He even installed all the components very quickly, of course free of charge. Saved hours and lots of effort. I am more than satisfied.

These guys are fabulous! I would highly recommend this bike shop. After having a really bad experience in another shop, we came here and was so pleased with the huge selection of bike's and truly great customer service. The man who was helping us spent so much time talking to us about the different features of the bikes, making adjustments so that they would fit me better. He kept bringing me different bikes to try, and in the end sold me exactly what was perfect for me. I am so happy with the customer service here. Plus, they have a nice big space outside their doors that you can take each bike for a test ride to see if it is a good fit for you. Don't waste your time with other bike shops. Just go here!
