I brought my bike in for maintenance, inspection, and new tires. I'm very satisfied with the work. Max is very friendly, and you immediately feel well taken care of. The invoice and service report were very transparent, and the price was completely justified. You don't find that kind of service very often these days. The "big" bike shops can't hold a candle to them. I can and will definitely recommend Maximum-Bikes.

Well, what can I say – I won't be shopping here again. After Christmas, I needed a standard 6V 2.4W light bulb. It all started with this store when I arrived during opening hours to find the doors locked. There was no indication online, on the door, or in the window that they apparently had different opening hours during school holidays. The icing on the cake, however, was on my second attempt when, despite my clearly asking for 2.4W bulbs, they sold my daughter 0.6W bulbs, saying it would be fine. Anyone who knows even a little about classic bicycles knows that the correct type for the front light is the weaker one for the rear light. So what good is a weak bulb as a headlight? And – light bulbs are non-returnable. In the end, I ordered one online. It's a shame that more and more customers are being driven to online shopping like this.

The changed opening hours were listed online.<br><br>During the sale, we clearly indicated that the bulb was for the rear light (we don't sell bulbs for front lights). I had a warranty claim (Canyon) to resolve. I'm so glad I found Maximum Bikes. I simply called and was able to drop off my bike right away. A day later, I was able to pick it up again without any problems. I've rarely experienced such quick and efficient service. Max is a friendly and cool guy. In other words, when it comes to customer service, reliability, and value for money, Max is in a league of his own, and that's why I can and will wholeheartedly recommend him.

I've been using my bike for about six years. Until now, due to a lack of knowledge, I've only been able to do minimal maintenance. Then I found Max from MAXIMUM BIKES. I have to admit, my bike wasn't in great shape. So it definitely needed a professional inspection and repairs. A few days later, I was amazed when I picked it up. Its condition was excellent. My bike is now like new and rides much better. The price was also reasonable, even though a lot of work needed to be done. A huge thank you to Max for his excellent work!!! I was looking for a new bike and initially checked out the brands that typically advertise on social media. Max, however, took the time to suggest several bikes tailored to my needs. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new gravel bike! They also repaired my old steel frame in their workshop. Great shop, and I'm completely satisfied with the service! Thank you so much!
