The gear cable was replaced and the inspection was included. In the end, the chain was unlubricated and the wheels were still out of true. I also had to adjust the gears myself.

I had an inspection appointment through my employer, Lieferando. Great service, they did everything that was needed and even a little more. Thank you very much. It's a shame that Yeply is closing its German business soon.

Mechanic: friendly - competent - fast!!! Result: After the inspection, the bike looks like new and rides, brakes, and shifts smoothly. Overall rating: Excellent!!!

We are very satisfied; Marcel finally got our e-cargo bike whisper-quiet, the brakes squealed like crazy, and the spoke problems are gone too. Another workshop wanted to replace the pads and brake disc right away, but here you are treated fairly and well; we can highly recommend them to everyone!

Booking an appointment is incredibly easy, unlike traditional garages where you have to wait forever. The staff are professional and extremely friendly. The price-performance ratio is good, and minor repairs are included. I will definitely recommend Yeply.

Excellent service and genuinely friendly staff. After I left my bike there, it was fully serviced and I was informed when it was ready for pickup. The price was also perfectly reasonable.

You did an excellent job!! All of our family bikes were serviced and repaired in one day, right on our doorstep, in a very competent and friendly manner. And at a very fair price! The maintenance was carried out quickly and correctly. The technician told me beforehand what needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the brakes couldn't be bled, and the display on my e-bike couldn't be read, even though this was promised to me before booking. The head office should coordinate better with the people at the base. Otherwise, as I said, I was very satisfied.
