So far, everything has been fine, whether it was inspections, consultations, or spontaneous repairs. Only the prices are noticeably higher. In the last 15 months alone, e-bike maintenance has increased by about 20%, now costing €177. That's quite a significant difference. The last service for my electric car cost roughly the same.

I had a flat tire on my used trekking bike (€65). Both inner tubes needed replacing: the cost of the parts was only €9 per tube, but labor was €32 per tube. Minor repairs were also needed on the brakes and gears. In total, I paid €95 – which I find very expensive considering the price of the bike. It seems that the labor costs are fixed regardless of the bike's value. The repair was done, but the price-performance ratio was disappointing.

The labor involved in installing and removing inner tubes, as well as adjusting the brakes and gears, is technically identical, whether the bicycle is new or used.<br><br>All costs, for both materials and labor, were discussed transparently with you before the repair began and only authorized after your approval.<br><br>We are very sorry that you found the price-performance ratio disappointing. I had my bike in for repair because the hub gears were slipping and some other work was also needed. The very next day, I received a detailed and very friendly phone call. They explained clearly that the hub gears were beyond repair, as no spare parts were available, and that further repairs wouldn't be worthwhile. I didn't have to pay anything for this thorough assessment and honest advice – thank you so much! The staff were exceptionally friendly and customer-oriented. I can therefore highly recommend this workshop.

Unbelievable experience: - Went to the shop because of a rattling noise while riding - "No problem, it's the chain. We'll do a full service and hub maintenance, etc., and then everything will be OK." - Two weeks later, paid €450 for everything, rattling still there - "Yeah, of course, it's the chain guard." - New chain guard: €50 - Still rattling, and now the 6th gear is slipping! - "Well, then you'll need a new hub, but that'll cost you." - Went off at this point - Result: €500 poorer, bike broken after the repair - Fun fact: The rattling was the mudguard; the competition fixed it for €10...

I’m on a bike tour and my rear wheel just packed in yesterday, it’s only been ridden 200miles but it span freely in both directions. I looked online to find a workshop and went here first. To be honest they were pretty poor bike mechanics. The guy saw the problem but didn’t inspect the bike at all and immediately said it needed a new wheel. That’s not what you do in a workshop. He went and found one but it was QR not thru axle and said it would be three days to order one. When I suggested rebuilding the hub etc he acted like I was crazy. Said go to Magno and buy a new one which was shut.
