I'm so grateful for your help! The threads on the bolt of my rear wheel stripped, and I couldn't ride home. Plus, I didn't have any cash to pay. But a young man kindly offered me a new bolt. Everything was installed and secured, and I was able to ride home without worry. Thank you so much – a great shop/workshop for all bike owners. Highly recommended!

I was there today with my son to get a small tear in his bicycle chain repaired. We received excellent service and competent advice. The price was also great. I can highly recommend this shop!

I happened to be passing by Radschlag Bikes with my tired vintage bike and was lucky enough to meet the team. They gave it a second life: renovation, safety upgrades, a new lease on life… and a perfect cleaning that made it shine. I was particularly impressed by their balance of passion and pragmatism: replacing only what was truly necessary. A remarkable shop, a team with genuine customer service skills. Highly recommended!

Doing a bike tour through Germany and had a mechanical problem at 3pm on a Saturday (ie no bike shops open on Sunday). The owner and mechanics were great - looked at the bike straight away and tried a few options including a used part, and friendly with it.
