We hired two bikes for the day to cycle along the Rhine and through the city. We started at the Radstation, easily found at the back of the main railway station. The staff who served us were quick at getting us our bikes, and when we returned them even made an evening recommendation for us. Both bikes were in very good working order- €15 euros each to hire for the day, plus a €50 deposit. They both had an additional back cycle brake which was a little tricky when using to make sure the pedals were lined up to re-start. Baskets and helmets were available as well, and each had its own lock, bell and stand.

Good bike rental place right next to train station ,Herr at the desk is helpful with information. Rented electric a bit expensive for 24 hours , battery is brilliant done about 60 miles still half left. Helmet and phone holder all included that’s was good. Pity all the Radstation in different parts don’t work together as the bikes can be picked and dropped at different places but unfortunately not. Definitely recommend to travel around and bike routes are brilliant.

The staff were super nice and helpful. It's really cheap to rent a bike for 24hrs (15 euros) and the bikes are kept in good condition. I did a 30 km bike ride with a rented bike and absolutely no issues. Will definitely rent from here again !

Most honest bike shop in Düsseldorf. I went to fix my lights, they damaged it accidentally when trying to fix it (my lights where not easy to change, so I told them it was not a problem, it happens) I came one day later to get my bike back and got a bill for zero euros. They apologized for breaking the lights and said the replacement was on them. I insisted on paying something for the service at least but they insisted that no, this one was on them. Honestly, different level of customer service there! You can be certain I will always come to you to fix my bike.

Got some issues with the Düsseldorf Bike Card (recommend it though, there was an ICT malfunction) and the people at the radstation helped me very well in trying to fix this. Good bikes, great service, taking the extra step and friendly.

I had been servicing my bicycle in this workshop for a good couple of years, and with great sadness I've been witnessing its gradual fall from grace since then. The workshop had had installed a digital system involving scanning the required services with barcodes, that return completely random and unrelated results, effectively sabotaging the shop' work and dragging the customer's visit into eternity, leaving everyone annoyed and frustrated. To make matters worst, the explicitly expressed wishes of the customer are being ignored and changed by the personnel (I ordered a full inspection in writing in my Email, but had it changed to a simple one without my knowledge nor consent, without looking into the gears one of which was malfunctioning and I hoped to have it repaired). Also, the seemingly simple adjustments like that of brakes are being done very poorly, so that the day after I have to press them fully to stop my bicycle even at a moderate speed, which is especially concerning in urban conditions in a country where senile people with dementia are allowed to drive cars without proving their capacity to operate motor powered vehicles anymore. As sorry as I am to do it, after several botched repairs, I'm taking my bicycle and my money elsewhere.

The Staffs are nice and helpful. Most of them speaks English. The bike was decent. Not quite good for trekking, but good for city ride. You can tell that they put a lot of care to the bike.

Can't really rate the services, I went on 2nd September to get a punctured tyre fixed. They offered me a completion date of 22nd September. Don't know if it had to do with Corona times or they are always overwhelmed. Thus, I advise everyone to call them beforehand to check availability.

We hired bikes for 3 days from 15/7/13. The service we received was excellent, all the staff were most helpful. We were very pleased at the lost hire cost and considered it excellent value. The bikes were adjusted to the correct sizes and we were shown the working of the brakes, lights and locks. We had a good choice of helmets at no extra cost. The bikes gave no problems whatsoever. They had very good quality tyres and sufficient gears. Dusseldorf should be proud of the great facilities it has for cyclists. This shop will be a great success as the business is clearly built on customer satisfaction. Thank you.
