I contacted Rheinradmobil (Philipp) via WhatsApp and received a quick response and a prompt appointment for the inspection of our four bicycles. After I showed Philipp all the bikes and gave him a brief list of any issues with each one, he got right to work. Philipp is very competent and serviced all four bikes professionally and honestly, fixing as many problems as he could on site. Unfortunately, my front wheel needs to be completely replaced. :-( Philipp's price/performance ratio is unbeatable! I would gladly use his services again! Thank you! ✌️👊
