After I was suddenly bitten by the scooter bug, I searched for a suitable dealer in the Duisburg area. I didn't want one of those huge stores... Thankfully, I found Mr. Puller in Unterrath. His many years of experience in the field, patient and helpful advice led to my first scooter, which I was able to take home fully assembled. During my lengthy search for a stunt scooter service shop, I found this one. Owner-operated, with great service and exemplary friendliness. They don't just say "broken, so new" here! My son's scooter was repaired impeccably, something three shops in Krefeld wouldn't even attempt. These shops are the last bastion against Amazon and the like!

I ordered something online and had problems with the delivery (my own fault – incomplete address). I called the shop and they took care of it immediately. Their customer service is truly top-notch. I can highly recommend ordering from them. Definitely recommend them.

In the spring, I had the idea to get an adult kick scooter. Since I wanted comprehensive advice, only a physical store was an option for me. The closest store to me is this kick scooter shop in Düsseldorf. The rather small shop surprised me with its large selection of brand-name scooters and accessories. I received detailed advice and test rides right on the sidewalk in front of the shop. After I had decided on a model, I had mudguards, a kickstand, and lights added. I was even allowed to try and see if I could fit the scooter in my car. Now that's what I call top-notch service.

Very friendly and competent advice. We had plenty of time to try out different scooters and decide. The riding and technical tips were also particularly great; without them, we certainly wouldn't have learned to ride so quickly. This is how service and customer orientation should be more often! Thank you very much!

Excellent advice and excellent service. I was looking for a sturdy kick scooter for commuting to and from the bus stop at my new workplace. I had done some research beforehand and wanted to try out different models in person. Mr. Puller even got me a model he doesn't normally stock. Fantastic! I was able to try it out and make my decision at my leisure. This is what makes buying local so enjoyable. I'll definitely be back.

Very friendly, competent advice and uncomplicated pickup. I recently bought my first scooter there and I'm hooked. It'll probably become my regular dealer 😀 A nice shop with good service in a niche market that I hope will be around for a long time.

Our whole family has caught the kick scooter bug and we've even got the dogs involved! We ordered our second Yedoo Trexx from Mr. Puller's kick scooter shop in Düsseldorf. We also wanted proper leashes and mushing leads for the dogs. We received excellent advice there, and delivery was quick. What really pleased us was that we didn't receive a standard email, but rather that Mr. Puller contacted us personally to provide information. Many thanks for that!
