I came from 33km away to buy stuff and left the shop angry, without buying anything. If you need to visit the restroom, they tell you to walk to a gas station 200m away. And they do it in a rude attitude….

At the end of last December, I went on a ski trip with friends and family. While snowboarding, I unfortunately lost the gas pedal from my right binding due to my own mistake. It happened on the third day of an 8-day trip, and despite searching, I couldn’t find it. To be honest, it was extremely stressful — almost mentally overwhelming — because the snowboard was a significant purchase for me, and I wasn’t even sure if I would be able to replace the missing part. For the remaining five days of the trip, I had no choice but to continue riding without the gas pedal, which was quite inconvenient. I contacted Warehouse One, where I had originally purchased the binding. Even though it was the peak season and they were clearly very busy, they went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer on my behalf. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to receive the replacement part within just two weeks. What impressed me the most was that I fully expected to pay for both the replacement part and the shipping. However, the Warehouse One service team sent the part directly to my home without charging me anything at all — neither for the part nor for the shipping. I would like to sincerely thank the Warehouse One service team for their fast, professional, and incredibly kind support, especially during such a busy season. I truly wish Warehouse One continued success and will definitely choose them again for future purchases.

Order placed on 02/12/2025 (stated delivery 5–7 business days). Final delivery took over 20 days. According to GLS tracking, the parcel was stuck in Romania (Selimbar) for more than 6 days with no real updates. I contacted customer service multiple times (11/12, 15/12, 17/12, 18/12, 20/12, 22/12, 30/12), repeatedly requesting a clear status or delivery date. The only responses received were generic replies (“there is a problem”, “we contacted GLS”), with no concrete solution. The parcel was finally delivered without any explanation, apology, or compensation, despite being time-critical. Poor transparency, poor communication, and very disappointing customer experience. I would not recommend this retailer.

But as you correctly stated, your parcel was stuck in Romania at the depot of our logistics partner. We tried to resolve the problem and get more information several times, but this was not possible for us, unfortunately. For 150 euros they will not even check if they send you a properly working equipment. They sent me rollerblades in a torn box with rollerblades not being fixated to avoid potential damage during the delivery. And one wheel was not spinning. Turned out to be a defective bearing. What a shame. Two stars for fast delivery. Never ordering anything else from them in the future.

I went to Warehouse one last week for some equipments. While queuing for the cashier I checked on line see if there is same stuff with cheaper price because according to Warehouse one’s website they have the policy - Lowest Price Guarantee. Means customers can get a refund for the discrepancy if they found a cheaper price in exactly the same product elsewhere. With certain conditions of course. Here is the page - https://www.warehouse-one.de/en/best-price-guarantee/ Lucky enough it didn’t take me long to find a website that does offer a lower price with the same product. I showed it to the cashier, a guy with a cap and he obviously didn’t like what I found. He checked the website and went mumbling like “but we offer you services here” and “it is bad for our staff because in this case they earn less”. I mean EXCUSE ME! It’s your own policy written on your website. So what’s with the guilty trip??? I would’ve just gave it one star if it wasn’t for the other staffs who were extremely nice helping me on the selections. I sincerely hope they don’t exactly suffer from the policy. To the guy with the cap: Cancel the policy if you don’t want to offer it than giving attitude to your customer who plays by your book.

Amazing customer support, they are easy to contact and reply fast if you have any issues or questions. Cannot recommend this store enough. I bought wakeboarding gear here and even though a product broke one year after use, they contacted the supplier and made sure I got a replacement.
