ordered a board. wasnt in stock. Annoying but no problem they offered me another board. I agreed to buy it but after ordering it, it was not in their stock but had to be shipped from Brunotti to them and then to me. 2 weeks. after 2 weeks UPS did not deliver, excuse after excuse. I asked 3 times to leave in UPS depot but neither You love it or UPS could seem to organise this. Unbelieveabley it was shipped back - very enviornmentally friendly !!! Finally after many weeks I got my money back. That was the last time I order from them unfortunately.

I’ve always gotten great deals here! So far I’ve bought: - 1 Kiteboard - 2 kites - 1 bar A few of my friends have also ordered multiple times, and we’ve always gone for new gear from the current season. The communication can feel a bit unusual compared to other shops, but I never had any issues.

Ordered 2 2022 Cabrinha Switchblades and 2 Control bars for a really good price. They were delivered to the Netherlands in approximately 1 week. Unfortunately 1 kite came in with damage. I sent an email to the customer service and decided to drive to Düsseldorf to replace it with a new one because I really needed it next week. The shop isn't really a "shop" but more like a warehouse for the online orders. Overall I would say that the service, the prices, and the products are really good.

Before buying from this store, I did differents comparisons with other online stores in Europe, Australia, and the United States, and without a doubt the store Youloveit is the best. I have made multiple purchases with more than 10 items in each one, and I have always received everything at the door of my house without problems. They offer the best prices on the market with discount promotions, they have excellent support during the process and after sales, if you have any problems you can write to them and they will respond in less than 24 hours.
