Huge bike store with an impressive selection — you can find everything from city bikes and e-bikes to accessories, helmets, locks, lights, and maintenance products. The showroom is spacious and well organized, so it’s easy to compare models and browse without feeling cramped. There’s also a clear service/checkout area, and overall the store feels professional and properly set up for cyclists. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions, and the atmosphere was energetic (it can get busy, especially on popular shopping days). If you’re looking for a one-stop shop for bikes and gear in Düsseldorf, this is a great option — big choice, good presentation, and lots of useful accessories in one place

I was here several times with minor repairs and the service has always been excellent. The repair guys, especially from the parts section, are super friendly and professional and if it’s not on the busy weekend, try to help right away.! 5 stars🌟

After ordering the bike, you've got to wait 10 days for a "security inspection" before you can get your bike. Within 3 months, my front and rear wheels went flat. The 3rd party technician who helped me checking, told me that my bike's tires were pretty old, even though it's a new bike. The light on my wife's bike doesn't even work. So what did you do in those 10 days?

Disgusting and terrible customer service, worth I ever had. I bought a bike from the Webshop, they sent me the bike without tools to assemble. Their workshops don't have time. Literally they sell you a product unassembled and leave you without support or service. Customer support is saying you need to buy extra tools to assemble or going other workshops, which means extra cost. DON'T BUY from them ONLINE. It was my last time

I had an excellent experience at Stadler. MG was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole leasing process. He took the time to answer all my questions, gave me very valuable advice, and guided me step by step. What I appreciated the most was that he attended me calmly in English, which made everything much easier for me. Great customer service — thank you very much, MG!

It was a bit difficult to get assistance as there were many more customers than employees able to help. That being said, Frau Jakobs was so so very helpful. She was able to speak English with me and she was so kind and patient. I had no idea what I was doing, and she was happy to help me find the things I needed and purchase my bike! A week later when I picked up the bike, I didn’t have a super nice experience with the mechanic staff due to the language barrier, but I was able to find Frau Jakobs again and she helped answer all my questions!

1 month ago I was there for my zundap city bike . Guys of service are the best guys . They resold my bicycle problem in 2 hours . I was so happy . The best store . Best guys and girls working there . But for the service point guys they are 💯 🌟 .

Extensive range of bikes, gear, and accessories. The knowledgeable staff provide excellent service, ensuring you find the perfect fit. Spacious layout and variety. Prices can be on the higher side. There is a dedicated lane - just pick a bike and you can test it! One other downside - huge focus on electric bikes, less conventional models available!
