Never again – I'm speechless. Customer service was nonexistent. I was invited in, then sent away again, and told to come back in 15 minutes because they were doing a shift change.

I’m on a bike tour and my rear wheel just packed in yesterday, it’s only been ridden 200miles but it span freely in both directions. Someone online recommended this place. The mechanic saw the problem and was surprised by it and rightly so. He took it out back to inspect and after the previous “workshop” I’d been to I was feeling more optimistic. He came back out shortly after and said that he’d taken the wheel off and put it back on and now it worked. He reckoned the axle was either too tight or too loose. That’s obviously not going to cause a hub to fail. They charged me €16.90 to take it on and off in less than 5 minutes. I don’t think the receipt says that. There were no parts or things changed. Basically theft.

My bike received a new gear system, the price was completely reasonable, the agreed-upon appointments were kept, the staff were very friendly, and my bike looks like new. I'm more than satisfied.

I'm very satisfied! Always top quality at a fair price! You won't get ripped off here! The wait can be a bit long sometimes – but that's the same everywhere! I'm happy to accept that; it's not a problem for me! Thanks to the team for the great work!

The service itself is super nice, but when the bill is 300% higher than estimated and the service wasn't even carried out correctly, you feel cheated.

Super easy bike rental, €15 for 24 hours. Very friendly on-site technicians 👍. Bike returns are also possible on Sundays. We were very satisfied.

Pharmacy prices! They wanted €65 for changing the inner tube and tire on a child's bicycle. To their credit, it has a 3-speed gear system, but that still doesn't justify that price. I took it to Stadler, where they gave me an estimate of €45, and in the end, I only had to pay €35. Bottom line: Take your bike to Stadler Zweirad Center in Eller :)

I've always had good experiences with fair prices. It's best to avoid them now. Social distancing and hygiene rules apparently only apply to customers, not employees.
