Very poor shipping service. The items you ordered are out of stock, and the shipping time is incorrect. Only when you inquire are you told that the delivery time has been extended because the items are out of stock. Fortunately, the cancellation process went smoothly.

I ordered a jacket on December 14, 2022, which my husband wanted for Christmas, and paid via PayPal. Today, December 22, 2022, I received a message from PayPal stating that I've received a refund from Sport Platzer. I haven't received any communication from Sport Platzer explaining why they can't deliver the jacket. No one answers the phone; they just let it ring. Buying the jacket elsewhere now is obviously too late...

I am very satisfied; the advice is excellent. If you buy trousers there, you can also have them altered.

A very well-run sports shop, small but perfectly formed. And a very good selection of shoes and sportswear. But if you want clothing larger than XL4, it becomes very difficult, but that applies to almost all sports shops.

I called to inquire about an item I'd like to purchase. I received vague answers regarding prices and various additional purchases. It's a shame, but I wanted to give Platzer another chance after ordering items there last year but never receiving a call to say the ordered goods were ready for pickup. But, as the lady on the phone said, "Then you'll just have to shop somewhere else."

Unfortunately, the lady was more preoccupied with her mobile phone this afternoon than with serving me. She was sitting in the back, while I was standing at the checkout... I left after 5 minutes.

The staff are very friendly and provide good advice. The goods are of good quality and reasonably priced.

This company's online shop gives a very unprofessional impression. They offer goods that aren't actually available. They collect and keep the advance payment even though no purchase agreement was ever made. Now I'll probably have to beg for my money. All I can say is, "Stay away! Don't buy from them!"
