I had a new inner tube and tire fitted to my road bike. The work, materials, and service were all top-notch. I'm more than satisfied! I remember Radsport Nagel from back in Ründeroth – no comparison. I don't usually need anything done, but from now on I'll always take my bike to Loope; it's in excellent hands there. Thanks!!!

This shop is truly a gift: a super friendly owner, great staff, and always first-class service. If you have a problem, they'll always help you, and you never have to wait long. I dropped off my bike yesterday without tires, and got it back today with two new tires. I can only recommend this shop 100%. I will definitely be back.

The entire team: very friendly, understanding of "beginner's questions," and extremely competent. The bike fitting was even done after work (because it's quieter then), and customer requests were easily accommodated. Top-notch advice without any rush. All in all, a more than trustworthy bike shop. Highly recommended.

Advice and customer satisfaction are our top priority here. They really take a lot of time to offer the customer the bike that best suits their individual needs. Upon pickup, the bike is fully adjusted, and everything is shown. I have rarely experienced advice of such a high professional standard. Highly recommended!

I've already bought three bikes here and had one completely painted and rebuilt. The other brands I own are not only serviced at extremely fair prices, but above all, they are professionally and competently maintained. Advice, adjustments, and fittings... leave nothing to be desired. Therefore, if the shop is full, you just have to bring your time, come back, or schedule an appointment. I've been cycling for over 30 years and have never encountered such a complete package anywhere else. Absolutely recommended in the region!
