Highly recommended bike shop. I was able to get a repair appointment at short notice, and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Very friendly service from both the staff and the owner.

Super friendly staff make the service experience a breeze. When I missed my pickup appointment, they called me after closing time and waited for me. I haven't experienced service like this in a long time, anywhere in the industry. I'll definitely have my next service done there and recommend all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you so much!

Super friendly and fast service. Very competent advice. I ordered my company bike there and picked it up yesterday. The service was very welcoming. They even helped me with my old bike, even though it was from another shop. Fantastic, even with special requests. I'll definitely be happy to go there again.

Very friendly and helpful owner and mechanic. Even though I didn't buy my Merida eOne-Sixty 900E here, I received prompt, competent help, and extensive research. I can only recommend this e-bike shop and would give it 10 stars! Unfortunately, I had a different experience in Herbede, where I bought the eMTB. I was treated so condescendingly by an employee twice that I ended the business relationship and won't buy a bike there again. It's a shame, really, because I got along well with the owner and his son.

I received a super friendly welcome, received advice and explained everything two or three times so I understood. Quick contact and quick response via WhatsApp. I would recommend H. Krause anytime. Unfortunately, I can only give it 5 stars. 🤭 Great e-bike. Good value for money. 👍

A very competent bicycle shop. I received very friendly service. All my requests were taken into account and implemented perfectly. The communication was first-class and very satisfactory. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop.
