Unfriendly, incompetent, rude, and abusive towards me. Incapable of repairing a bicycle. The bicycle was in the shop for three weeks, and nothing had been done to it. A shop like that should just close down permanently.

Competent, friendly, service-oriented – all repairs and/or maintenance were carried out to my complete satisfaction. And all at reasonable prices…what more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

Although being very busy he always does his best to tend to the customers needs. He also works diligently and hard, managing to do high quality repairs. Furthermore he is clearly very knowledgeable with bicycles. A good hearted person, with whom is nice to talk to.

Three bikes, three jobs, completed quickly and perfectly. Affordably priced and highly recommended. Even more complicated repairs are handled with expert craftsmanship – despite known supply bottlenecks in the bicycle spare parts sector.

Under no circumstances should you go to Zweirad Maaßen! Unreliable, unfriendly, impossible, outrageous. That pretty much sums up my experience with Zweirad Maaßen in Erftstadt. About two months ago, I dropped off my aging mountain bike at their workshop on Schlunkweg in Liblar, asking them to check if it was worth repairing. The owner, who wasn't quite so unfriendly back then, promised to get back to me the following week—which he never did. About two weeks later, while out for a walk that took me past his house, I saw him and asked him about the bike. He seemed surly and unfriendly, but he did remember the bike. I reminded him that he had said he would get in touch. His very unfriendly response: "I have other customers too, and now I'm on vacation." With that, he left my son and me standing there and went inside. I waited for a while, but I already suspected he probably wouldn't call. And that's exactly what happened. I picked up the bike today. He said he'd been waiting for it for a while and that he certainly wouldn't do anything for me. Conclusion: NOT recommended. Customer friendliness: F. Service: F. Business acumen: F. F. Fail!

After another well-known bicycle dealer in Lechenich said they didn't need any new customers, I found Mr. Maaßen in my area via Google. And I couldn't have had a better experience! Even though he wasn't really available on the last day before his vacation, he still replaced my flat rear tire at short notice on a Saturday afternoon. There was no wait, and he even gave a very friendly explanation of the damage and the possible causes. Perfect service and a fair price – we'll definitely be customers here again next time.

The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. A proper specialist workshop with excellent service. The owner knows his craft. I will be back. I highly recommend Zweirad Maaßen 👍
