We've already bought our second e-bike there. The service was excellent both times. You can test ride the bike on the street in front of the shop. They also service the bikes there, and the service is included in the purchase price. Unfortunately, during the last service, they didn't notice that the motor mount was loose. We had to go back again. It was then repaired free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Sometimes you have to wait a bit longer in the shop, as there's only one salesperson present. If they're already assisting another customer, it can take a while. Even so, it's certainly good to receive thorough advice, even when it's busy.

Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended. Bought an e-bike, first defect after 48 hours. That can happen. After a crash, I urgently need a new light + attachment, as well as a check-up of the entire bike. They don't even want to accept the order. I'll translate loosely: "Get out of here, make an online appointment." Waiting time for the appointment: OVER A MONTH. A service provider's staff shortage isn't my problem. They're mercilessly exploiting their monopoly position in the area. Bought my first and last bike there. Nobody needs local dealers who don't fulfill their function. Do I buy my bikes? As the employee suggested, online. Just not at Little John. Thanks. Update: Little John Bikes gave me an email address to contact (see reply to this post). Surprise: I didn't receive a response to my email there. The 1-star rating remains well-deserved and correct.

Little Hohn Bike in Hochdahl: Good advice without making us feel like we have to buy. I didn't see a bike for myself today, but it wasn't a problem for the salespeople. Very patient, accommodating individual needs as much as possible. I'd be happy to come back.
