I wanted to send a package through this shop because they work with GLS. However, the man refused to accept it, claiming the label wasn't affixed all the way around, even though it was firmly and securely attached on all four sides and couldn't possibly have been damaged. Instead, I was told to buy extra tape. I then went to the GLS shop in the O2 building, where the package was accepted immediately without any problems. I recommend using a different GLS shop and not this one.

I initially had to wait two months for an appointment for the inspection. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take about a week. After a week, however, no one responded, so I called myself. They told me they were missing parts and needed to be reordered. Two weeks later, I called again – the parts had arrived, and they would "100% guarantee" they would get back to me on Monday of the following week. Another two weeks passed without a response. After a total of two months of waiting, I finally had to submit a complaint via email. I received an immediate response: My bike was now ready. The cost: €200. When I picked it up, however, I was told that the bike was still not fully repaired and the tires needed to be replaced. My conclusion: If you want your bike repaired on time, reliably, and completely, you should look for another shop.

The worst service I've had at a GLS shop in a long time! This is a reason for me not to buy a bike there! Will I be treated this way if I make a complaint after buying a bike?!

Your assessment in no way reflects objective or fair handling and presents the situation in a one-sided and distorted manner. Therefore, we would like to clarify the incident from our perspective:<br><br>You entered our store without greeting and immediately complained about the parking situation – something beyond our control. You wanted to drop off a package with a shipping label that was completely inadequately affixed. When we explained to you that we currently do not have any adhesive available and are not responsible for this, you reacted disproportionately angrily and left the store cursing.<br><br>Two hours later, you returned, again using an inappropriate tone. Due to your previous behavior – which included insults and disrespect – we exercised our right to refuse the parcel order. You then responded with further rude remarks and a clearly offensive gesture.<br><br>We do not tolerate such behavior – neither towards ourselves nor towards our employees. Criticism is welcome if it is justified and respectful. Your behavior, however, was the opposite. If you conclude from this that you won't buy a bike from us in the future, that's your decision – and we completely understand it.<br><br>We're happy to avoid customers who behave this way.

Today, my gear cable snapped near Kettwig. I quickly checked Google and found the 2 Rad Schulte bike repair shop. Unfortunately, I arrived during their lunch break, but no problem, I waited patiently. While I waited, I visited the old town – it's beautiful, and you can easily spend some time there. At 3 p.m., I was greeted warmly at the shop, explained my problem, and it was fixed immediately. I waited another 1.5 hours or so, no problem at all – fantastic for such prompt help. €28.50, superb service, great price. I'd gladly use them again.

Until my last order, I was always satisfied with the process and service. Now, unfortunately, I have to say, stay away from this dealer, as they are dubious and therefore not recommended. Despite a (verbal) estimate and written confirmation that there would be no costs for the rental bike, I was charged €200 for 8 days. Discussions with the woman on site were impossible. Never again; appearances are deceptive.

I was missing a Torx wrench for a bike repair while I was out and about. The very friendly employee completed the repair quickly, saving my bike trip to Cologne. She also didn't want to charge me for it. A very positive experience.

I'm very satisfied, great service, and fair prices. My bike was inspected like every year, and all the work was done conscientiously. I feel very well looked after, and I will buy my next bike there as well. The pricing is reasonable and transparent. To the people complaining here: An inspection is something completely different from a check-up. Mr. Schulte takes the bike completely apart during an inspection. Spokes are tightened, all cables and screws are tightened, brakes are replaced and adjusted. Even the bike is cleaned. Proper work deserves proper payment. Mr. Schulte, everything is great, keep it up 😊👍 Being cheap is great. People should go somewhere else. Maybe Amazon offers on-site inspections and customer service? 😏😉😆
