Highly competent advice. All questions were answered thoroughly and patiently. Many models with different features can be test-ridden on-site, which helps with the decision-making process. After six weeks, the bike was ready for pickup. They took their time and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend that anyone considering buying a bike definitely check out AT-Cycles. Update March 7, 2026: The purchased bike was taken in for its first service. I got an appointment quickly (tip: booking by phone is faster than online ;-)), and as usual, I received a friendly welcome (even from the "company dog"). I was able to pick up my bike the same day. I received a detailed checklist of the service performed. I was very satisfied again, so I'm giving AT Cycles an additional five stars.

A truly beautiful and superbly equipped bike shop! The team is incredibly friendly and the service is lightning fast. I dropped my bike off for a service in the morning and was able to pick it up again in the evening. All at absolutely fair prices. That's how it should be – thank you so much!

Highly competent and friendly staff. I was able to test ride all the bicycles that were suitable for me: full suspension/rigid suspension, hub gears/derailleur gears/Rohloff hub with and without automatic shifting, and various handlebars. They also provided excellent advice on components. A highly recommended shop for Velo de Ville and Scott bicycles.

The perfect e-bike for everyday use: the Zechenrad at AT Cycles – Great advice! Excellent service! Here you can find, among other things, bicycles from velodeville, a bicycle manufacturer in Altenberge near Münster – a third-generation family business! I was immediately drawn to the Zechenrad. It's an ideal bike for everyday errands without having to buy a heavy and bulky e-bike that's simply too much for daily use. Thanks for the great advice and excellent service! Pure riding pleasure!

Competent, friendly, and patient advice – all my questions were answered. I was able to test ride various bikes and see all possible equipment options in their installed state on display, and try them out if needed. I would gladly buy from them again anytime.
