I was extremely satisfied with Mr. Bachmann's advice and the purchase of the bike. I really appreciated that he took the time to help me, a newcomer to e-bikes, and didn't just rush me through. Even a day later, when I noticed that the charger wasn't quite complete (the power cord was missing), there was no beating around the bush. That's not always the case. Thanks again, and I'm super happy with the bike. I'd gladly buy from him again.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience here. Several staff members refused to service my bike in a rather rude way, which felt intimidating. It was distressing, especially since my German isn’t perfect. I decided not to buy a new bike here after this experience. Hopefully, the management improves their customer service

Very friendly staff! I was at Lucky Bike before and left disappointed, but then I met Kai at BOC who really helped me choose the right bike for me and my brother. Super professional – I highly recommend! 🤝

Thought this was an insurance company biking by due to its green color scheme and rather dull looking glass boxy building. I also didn't expect it to be a bike shop because it sits right across from LuckyBike, but I have to say that I'm very happy to have discovered this place. Getting bikes repaired here in Essen can be a pain in the butt. Despite being a car-centric city, it can still take weeks to have your bike repaired at the various bike stores. This place had my rear fender installed within 24 hours. The staff were also very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back for my future bike needs.

I was in Essen for a two day work trip and brought my road bike. For me, living in the flatlands, it was an unique chance to do some hill training. Unfortunately on day 1 my chain got stuck between the small ring and the frame, resulting in a bended chain, making the bike unrideable. Th next day I tried my luck and walked in this shop, hoping they would have a 12 speed chain for me. Not only did they have that, they also helped me mounting it on my bike even though they were busy. To the guys from the workshop: You guys are amazing, I did a great 100km ride in the hills south of Essen before returning back home. You made someone very happy! Thank you for that. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend the shop. Big assortment and friendly, helpful staff.

Ordered my gravel bike online and went to pick it up, bought a couple of accessories and they installed everything on my bike. Front derailleur failed after two rides and they apologized and fixed it in 20 minutes.
