5 stars - I bought a used SYM Orbit 2 in January...it was practically love at first sight 😊 - the advice was great, I tried it out, took a short test ride, and that was it. On the day of pickup, the little speedster was freshly cleaned and ready for me. Keep up the good work! 👍

It was my first time there to have the brakes on my cargo bike serviced. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The billing with lease a Bike was straightforward and quick. Thank you and see you soon ;)

A neighborhood bike repair shop where even minor problems are easily resolved. They still repair bikes here, not just sell new ones. Absolutely fair prices and expert advice. It doesn't get any better!

I went there for the first time to have my bike repaired and serviced after a broken spoke. I received a friendly welcome and was given excellent advice. The repair was completed quickly, despite the holiday, and the bike runs like new again. The price is right, too. I'll be back.

I dropped my bike off for a service. Everything went perfectly. The prices are fair, and the work is done meticulously. The team is, as always, friendly and provides excellent advice. I even ordered a trailer for my little dachshund; the young man really took his time and was very helpful. Therefore, a full 5 stars! 👍👍👍 Thank you so much!

Bought a new scooter; everything was great. The advice was top-notch. They took their time explaining how the scooter works, etc. The entire staff was in a great mood and had a few good jokes, which broke the ice right from the start. I highly recommend this shop; we'll definitely be back for the 300-kilometer, 3000-kilometer service! Stay the way you are :)

Beware of rip-offs!! I took an e-scooter in for repairs on Friday. Because the handlebars were wobbling dangerously, my daughter crashed into something. The boss of the shop was very nice and polite (still), but had no idea about the scooter at all. I personally explained the problem to him. He said we'd have to have it checked at the workshop. I asked him about the cost of the inspection. The boss literally said, "The inspection is free of charge, of course. If repairs or replacement parts need to be installed, I'll be contacted by phone." I said, of course, "OK." Now, on Thursday, March 31, 2022, five days later, I can finally pick up the scooter. They told me on the phone that they had repaired it, but it was still wobbling slightly. When I wanted to take a test drive, the boss initially asked me for €20. I would have paid €100 even if they had repaired it professionally. After the test drive, it was clear to me that there was no noticeable change or improvement. I then went back. The boss then said it had to go back to the workshop. He hadn't even done a test drive. Then an elderly lady (workshop) came and said there was nothing she could do because it was a cheap product (purchase price €370). I should sell it as used (ridiculous), it's only 2 months old. Why €20 if nothing has been repaired?? Then the lady, who also had no idea, said, "That's the labor involved in the inspection." I angrily returned to the shop and told the boss that the inspection was free of charge. He started stammering and hemming and hawing, almost gasping for breath trying to explain himself. €20 for tightening a screw?? That was already tight! Maybe they didn't even check or tighten the scooter. Please see picture 2. (I'm a mechanic myself and always repair my two-wheelers myself). The inspection is always free, he said at the beginning, and now it's such a rip-off. They must be depending on every cent if the boss uses such fraudulent methods. I can't recommend this to anyone!! Bottom line! €20 wasted! Scooter not repaired. Consumer protection is active. I'll hand this all over to my lawyer. Not because of the €20!! It's about the principle; customers are just being lied to and ripped off.
