This customer service is absolutely first-class and, to me, unbelievable—Mrs. Fehse and Hirsch even took half an hour off their workday just to take a test ride. When I picked up the bike, I received top-notch service again; all the components were adjusted to my needs and explained everything in detail. Thank you so much for that, and keep up the good work.

Very friendly and competent staff; our two e-bikes were accepted immediately for maintenance and repair without an appointment. They handled the communication with Jobrad regarding cost coverage for the repairs. We are very satisfied and will gladly return! Highly recommended!!

While on vacation, I spontaneously went to BOB in Essen for an urgent chain change on a Kalkhof pedelec. I expected an appointment, but the repair was done immediately. Great service.

I contacted BOB bike for a repair request on my Fischer e-bike. Other bicycle mechanics either had no clue or were just trying to make money through sheer laziness. Even though I don't own a brand-name bike, I received excellent and honest advice. I especially want to commend Justin (a bicycle mechanic), who took an incredible amount of time for me and answered all my questions. After assessing the damage, Justin was certain, "We can repair it," and what can I say? The bike was ready in just one week, for a reasonable price and with top-notch workmanship. The bike had been broken for over a year because Fischer's service department never responded, and other bike shops couldn't fix it. Many thanks again to the entire BOB bike team.

My mountain bike, a classic model (without a motor), needed some attention after a long period without a bike shop visit, including new tires. While searching for a bike repair shop online, I came across BOB.bike in Essen. Their attractive, transparent website, along with their bike pick-up and delivery service, and my already excellent experiences with BOB Automobile, convinced me to entrust them with the repair. It was absolutely fantastic: scheduling the pick-up and delivery service was easy, the repair order was discussed over the phone with a cost estimate, and I received updates on the delivery status of the new tires. Great, it couldn't have been better. And the result: the bike rides perfectly, shifts smoothly (27 gears), and the brakes work great again. In short: I highly recommend them, even for those who, like me, don't have a bike rack for their car. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. I also picked up a new helmet from BOB while I was there. They also offer good advice there.

More than satisfied... I needed a new job bike, and we went to BOB Bike Essen Werden. Mr. Hirsch and Mr. Fehse gave me very friendly and competent advice. I was able to test ride a few bikes. Excellent service throughout the entire process. My e-bike was delivered to my home, also on time, and the staff was very friendly and patiently explained everything to me.
