Mertes Bicycle Paradise, Essen-Southeast, Steeler Str. I can highly recommend them; the price/performance ratio is excellent, and above all, they're super fast! My bike was fully operational again in less than 24 hours! I can only say it's fantastic!

Thanks for the service. The gears weren't working anymore; the bike was getting a bit old. Now all the gears work again, and the shifters were replaced. Fair price. I would go here again.
