My Canyon Aeroad needed a complete frame replacement due to a paint defect – a process that initially sounded like it would involve a lot of hassle and waiting time. Canyon recommended this workshop to me. Even upon entering the workshop, you could practically feel the expertise – combined with a relaxed professionalism. The staff clearly know what they're doing. Every move is precise and efficient. Not only was the agreed-upon appointment kept, but the work was even finished ahead of schedule – a rarity these days, almost something to celebrate. The workmanship was flawless, extremely clean, and executed with noticeable care. Communication was pleasant: friendly and clear, just right to round off the whole experience. No false promises, just competence. In short: A workshop that delivers on its promises – and then some. Top-notch expertise, a pleasant atmosphere, and with that certain something money can't buy: genuine enthusiasm for cycling. Highly recommended – everything was perfect for me.

I have two Canyon bikes; I just call, make an appointment, drop off my bike, and that's it. The service is always top-notch, and they even have a friendly chat. I know in advance that I won't get my bike back immediately, but that's not what matters to me. What's important is that the work is done cleanly and professionally, and that's exactly the case here. A definite thumbs up for this shop!

Super friendly and competent. I dropped by unannounced with a problem, and despite being fully booked, they helped me quickly, and I can now go on holiday with my bike. Thanks again for the quick help!

I can highly recommend them! Top-notch service with a wealth of experience! You won't find service like this anywhere else. I've been there a few times with my Canyon Aeroad and each time I received prompt assistance without an appointment. Furthermore, the team is very competent and friendly, and you're always warmly welcomed.

Everything went perfectly, the e-bike inspection was no problem at all. They even kindly shortened the seat post for me, so now I can adjust the seat properly 🤣 Thanks again for that! Very friendly and approachable, but quite busy. You should book an appointment well in advance. I'll gladly come back and highly recommend this workshop.

Super competent advice 😃👍🏼 I walked in without an appointment before the holidays at the beginning of May. A minor inspection and gear repair were necessary. Super fair prices 👍🏼 Also, great service, as I got a rental bike so I could stay mobile.

I think it's a small but quite modern and competent workshop. Since it's somewhat off the beaten track and hidden away, and therefore probably only known to those actively searching for it, I imagine it's still quite busy and likely specialized in some way. Unfortunately, I can't say much more as I only spoke briefly with someone about a specific problem. I think it's usually worth a visit if you need something done.
