I was looking for a workshop to repair a flat tire on the rear wheel of my 3-year-old e-bike with a rear motor. A workshop right around the corner turned me down completely, saying they would have to disconnect a plug to remove the rear wheel. Too risky, they said. The dealer where I bought the bike, in the north of Essen, didn't have an appointment available for another 3 weeks. So I spontaneously called the Essen South bike workshop and they told me to come by whenever it suited me. (It was a Friday afternoon.) The end result: the inner tube was replaced in 15 minutes. As a satisfied new customer, I immediately had a full service done to replace any worn parts. 100% recommended!!!
