Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. I went there to inquire about donating three bicycles. Even when I entered the workshop, despite the greeting, they didn't seem to acknowledge me. After a while, no "good day," nothing, "what do you want?" Me: to donate three bicycles. Him: "Just leave them outside." Me: "How am I supposed to ride three bikes and leave them outside?" I heard it was also possible to pick up the bikes. Hi: "No time, maybe in six weeks." Me: "Then they'll just go to the scrap heap. Goodbye..." These were three roadworthy, some even high-quality, Giant and KTM bikes. I won't be donating anything there again.

I went to this workshop to have my e-bike brakes repaired. However, upon arrival, they told me that they only repair e-bikes with Bosch systems. My problem has nothing to do with the motor, only with the brakes. I don't quite understand that. It would be much better if they communicated this clearly upfront, instead of simply stating that they repair both regular bikes and e-bikes on their website.

I bought a bike there and received excellent, patient advice. I'm always happy to come back. I'll also go there for repairs, which hopefully won't be too frequent. 👍

I really can't understand or support the negative reviews. I was very satisfied with the service and advice. The staff were very friendly and took care of the problem with my bike right away. I will definitely go there again if I have any more problems with my bike.

I visited the bicycle repair shop today. I've rarely experienced such excellent service. The staff were extremely competent and friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Absolutely fantastic.

Good Second Hand Bicycles but cost 20-30 Euros is more as per Second Hand bicycles from other Cities.

I was there to buy a used bike. They have relatively good quality and cheap bikes compared to other stores. It is very convenient for Essen since there is no FlohMarkt for bicycles.
