UPDATE August 25, 2021 I wanted to pick up a package again. There was a "Home Office" sign on the door. So I drove to the address at 9:00 AM. Nobody there. I drove back to the address at 4:30 PM, still nobody there. Enough is enough. If you say you're working from home, you should be there during business hours. Tomorrow, August 26th, I'll be there at 7:30 AM. UPS will be notified again. What's wrong with them? They operate a UPS Store, list non-existent opening hours on UPS, and people can't get their packages. I can't believe it. UPS is being informed.

Hello, I'm sorry you're experiencing these difficulties. Our parcel service with UPS and GLS was cancelled two months ago. We've written to both UPS and GLS several times requesting that they remove us from their delivery list.

For all of you who, like me, have driven past the closed shop at Saatbruchstr. 63 hundreds of times to pick up a UPS or GLS package... the pickup point is now located at "Kleiner Bruch 29". I finally received the package there. Very annoying, I hope I don't have to go through this again. Sorry folks, this only gets one star :(

Accepts UPS packages, but is almost always closed. There are also people who work. Vines have been chasing my package for a week….

I'm very sorry about that... from now on the parcel station is located at Kleiner Bruch 29 and can also be reached at midday.

Perhaps you should mention on your website that the opening hours have changed. How am I supposed to get my package now? I can't make it until that time; there are people who have to work! Then I won't be accepting UPS packages.

This fan store is a gem in our area. Service and customer focus are top priorities here. You can get T-shirts, jerseys, and other merchandise custom printed. They also stock fan merchandise from various football clubs, as well as regular sportswear, from outerwear to shoes. They offer other sporting goods besides football gear. Keep up the great work!
