I've been a customer for over three years and have been consistently satisfied with the repairs and maintenance on my gravel bike. All problems have always been resolved reliably. The staff is friendly, competent, and very helpful. The prices are fair, and the repairs are completed quickly. I highly recommend this workshop!

Two stars because the staff was really nice. The "repair," unfortunately, was amateurish. I came in with a problem with the front derailleur; since I had previously messed with it myself, the shift cable wasn't routed and, unfortunately, the clamp screw on the seat tube was stripped. Initially, I was told that the shift cable couldn't be routed the way I imagined (completely wrong; I've been using this derailleur for several years). So, they wanted to replace the front derailleur and upgrade from Deore to Acera (essentially a downgrade, but okay, if it works in the end, I'm fine with that). Finally, a few hours later, the nice gentleman called me and said the bike was ready, which surprised me. When I arrived, I checked the gears, and practically nothing had been done except that they had rerouted the shift cable and adjusted the derailleur (which I had already done). The front derailleur was adjusted in such a way that it touched the outermost sprocket at certain points when rotating, causing mechanical resistance (which I had to correct myself). No new derailleur was installed, no stripped screw was drilled out; in fact, nothing was done at all, and the adjustment was unfortunately very poor. I was told on the phone that the derailleur had been tested for functionality, but if that's the case and the problems weren't noticed, it's not only amateurish but also ignorant. I don't know what I paid 16 euros for. I didn't actually want to write a review; it's been three weeks now. But it infuriates me so much that I had to get it off my chest. Please be more careful in the future. I think the idea of the workshop itself is great; they were friendly and quick to help. Nevertheless, the "repair" was absolutely terrible.

Super kind! My chain came off, and I was able to come in on short notice. They repaired my bike immediately and even checked the tire pressure, finding it was low. They fixed that right away. Very nice staff, thank you so much! 🙏

Excellent value for money… Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere among the staff! Frequent riders are always given priority when they have problems. As a customer, you feel understood and always receive competent and prompt service. I've already bought my third Victoria bike there. Despite the distance from where I live, this bike shop in Rüttenscheid is my first choice. Thank you!!!

I have rarely experienced such a friendly, helpful, and competent workshop. I will definitely return for future maintenance and repairs. Many thanks to the team for the quick and courteous service.

This morning I had an emergency with my son's bike. I'll keep it brief: I was able to drop in without an appointment, and the staff (I spoke with three of them) were all extremely friendly and helpful. They suggested a quick and affordable solution for my problem. I opted for the more comprehensive, and therefore more expensive, solution, which was also implemented very quickly. Overall, I'm truly impressed with the staff and think the idea and concept of the workshop (thank you so much for the brief overview) is fantastic. Thank you, and I'll definitely be back!

Friendly staff, top-notch service. Repair time was okay, price was also great. EC card payment is possible, but if that doesn't work, they offer to pay by invoice. I thought that was great. Waiting time was also okay, not the fault of the staff, but of the customers, who have to be patiently explained the same thing 5-7 times ;) The only negative point: The opening hours take some getting used to, but I think that's due to the lack of staff.

I bought a bicycle there eight years ago and another one a year ago, and since then I've been a frequent visitor, often dropping by unannounced for smaller and larger repairs. The service was and still is excellent. The staff is friendly and patient, and even if you want something that's only available in their external catalog, that's no problem. Even major repairs are carried out quickly and thoroughly at a fair price. The current opening hours are a bit unusual, which takes some getting used to, but it's manageable. If you don't have staff, you don't have staff. They don't just grow on trees. I can't comment on their telephone accessibility.
