The manager at the Lacoste store on Limbecker Platz in Essen? More about attitude than customer service. Instead of help, I only got annoyed looks and arrogant behavior. Anyone who treats customers like that should stick to working in a warehouse. Never again will I order from that store or have them order for me; it's all lies and empty promises. Oberhausen gets number 1! My problem was solved within 10 minutes.

I ordered a jacket last week and it was delivered today as promised. The staff are friendly and attentive to customer needs. Communication is excellent. The store is bright and well-organized. Products that aren't in stock are ordered upon request. They also keep customers informed about upcoming discounts and promotions. I highly recommend this store. 👍🏻 Note: Exchanges are only possible for store credit.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with other customers that the saleswoman is very unfriendly. I'd rather order online in the future. I've been to the store three times and won't go back...

Too small, and finding what I'm looking for is difficult. I've been there several times, and the item I wanted wasn't available in my larger size. In this day and age, it should be possible to order online and pick it up later, and it should be more of a global brand.

No desire to work? A flustered, unfriendly saleswoman this morning, May 10th. Question: "Is this bag also available in white?" "No! We don't have it!" came the reply in a military tone. No "I'll check online" or "I'll try another shop," nothing at all. A service desert or just a bad day? And everyone always complains when people only order online...
