I went to Loco Cycles today because my Bosch computer on my e-bike wasn't displaying the distance traveled. The technician adjusted the magnet on the rear wheel and everything is working again. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

My company bike was due for its first scheduled service. My lease agreement includes maintenance and even wear parts – so no worries (or so I thought). Because of its proximity to my home, I chose Loco Cycles. When I picked up the bike, they presented me with a bill for €40. When I asked what this amount was for, they explained that my insurance covers maintenance costs up to €70, and anything above that is the customer's responsibility. Apparently, this is usually mentioned during the initial consultation, but not in my case. Looking at the service checklist, I noticed that many items weren't checked off. When I asked why, they told me they couldn't check many things because the bike can only be unlocked with the owner's smartphone. Normally, they inform you during the initial consultation that the smartphone lock needs to be deactivated before the service. Hmm, probably not for me then… I usually give 5 stars… But I'm still giving it 2 stars, since the bike was finished on time and (as far as I can tell) the 50% of the checklist items that could be completed were done perfectly. I'm not sure yet if Loco Cycles will get a second chance from me. Usually, I do…

I've only had good experiences so far, but the team at Loco Cycles has now surpassed them all: The chain on my bike had come off and was jammed tight. There was no way I could fix it myself... I took the bike to the shop, explained the problem... and received help without hesitation: After 10 minutes, my bike was working again. I've bought everything I've ever bought from this shop – and I'll continue to do so: Superb service and great bikes! Keep it up!!!

A top-notch bike shop! I've bought seven bikes here already, from kids' bikes for my nephews to various road bikes and mountain bikes. I also have all my repairs and inspections done there, as I'm simply thrilled with their service, friendliness, and expertise. Plus, the free choice of colors for Orbea bikes is another big plus on top of their five-star service! I just like bright colors and quality! Thanks!
