I’m new to Essen and wanted to get a good bike. I met Jan Fietze at Lucky Bikes. He has complete knowledge about human biomechanics and suggested really good bikes for me based on my height and usage. very polite and a good gentleman. if you are looking for a good bike, then lucky bikes is the place and do meet Jan for better experience.

Knowledgeable staff that don't upsell. An employee mistakenly sold me an incompatible part; when I returned and explained the problem, they exchanged and installed a compatible part for free. Many employees have perfect English.

Great place for your bike! Almost staffs can speak English. But the price is a little bit higher than online shop.

Mr Lee was extremely helpful with finding the right bike and I particularly enjoyed test driving the bike in the vicinity of the shop. Maria Becker was also very helpful with customer service. I can definitely recommend Lucky bike to anyone looking for great quality and a massive variety.
