Customer threatens to buy two high-end e-bikes. When you inquire about a significantly more expensive model, clearly indicating that you've already done your research, and are first told how much the bike costs, then informed that there's only one model left in your size (which would have fit), without any attempt to show you the bike, you can only shake your head at such arrogance. No alternatives offered, let alone any inquiry about what kind of second e-bike you'd like. One can only be pleased for the successful dealer who apparently doesn't need a sum of around €15,000. Keep it up.

1. First problem: defective battery. Despite my warranty claim, I was simply referred to the manufacturer and had to wait several months (!!) for a replacement. – 2. During a service, I had to pay a whopping €148 instead of the quoted €60.90. The owner was extremely arrogant and told me to find another workshop (I had also bought the bike there). 3. A request for repair or replacement of a defective light (neither the bulb nor the light itself can be replaced) has been consistently ignored. Currently, I am pursuing legal action through a lawyer.
