Less than three months ago, I had the rear wheel of my e-scooter replaced for €140. The valve was too short (I had to buy an extension), the rim was slightly scratched on the sidewall, and now I have another flat tire. Absolutely disappointing for the price. The quality and service are unfortunately not recommended. Since they don't offer a warranty on inner tubes, as stated on their website, I won't bother going back there. Unfortunately, I can't complain about the scratched rim anymore, as I noticed it too late.

Absolutely not recommended. They tried to rip me off on the phone. I paid €55 for a hose replacement, and now they're telling me it will cost between €110 and €160. Completely unprofessional.

Very disappointing and not recommended. We took my husband's scooter there because of a flat tire. They charged €140 for the repair. The very next day, the scooter had another flat. When we complained, they refused to take any responsibility. They accused us of causing the flat ourselves, which is simply not true. The same problem couldn't have happened again the next day. The workshop refused to acknowledge any fault and wanted to charge another €140 for the repair. In the end, we bought the tire ourselves online for €13 and installed it ourselves; it's been working perfectly ever since. Conclusion: Unprofessional, overpriced, and no goodwill. A definite warning against this place.

Cool little shop with very friendly staff and owner. They help you quickly and easily. I'm so glad there are still such lovely little shops where they not only sell things but also repair them. Everything that moves wears out and needs fixing. The staff, including the owner, are very friendly, helpful, and, most importantly, highly competent. Small things are taken care of immediately; major repairs take a little longer. Thank you so much for everything.

The e-scooter's rear tire replacement was carried out professionally. The high price is a drawback. €156 for a flat tire. I might be wrong, but that seems too much to me.

My brand-new scooter (0 km/h) had a problem. The manufacturer left it up to me to find a nearby dealer from a list to carry out the repairs. I chose Mister Scooter because I had read a lot of positive reviews online. After a phone call with the manager, I received an email with a prompt delivery date. It was just two fender bolts that were slowing down the rear wheel. The manufacturer suspected a motor problem. Fortunately, it wasn't. Many thanks to the Mister Scooter team for the fast, uncomplicated, and friendly service.

Despite the bit wear and the short notice, I was helped quickly (I'd already called beforehand). Paul had his 11-inch tire replaced = a 45-minute wait. Everything was within reason, and anyone who wants can treat themselves to a good kebab or a delicious pizza across the street! I'd be happy to come back!

Finally, some good advice! Thank you for the honest and open consultation. Anyone needing a scooter should buy it here. They also have a workshop with very competent staff. Thanks to the owner for the advice and thanks to Daniel for the demonstration. This is what service should be like!

I went there without an appointment and received good advice from the boss. I wanted an e-scooter with a seat. I was able to test drive it that same day, but then I was undecided because I didn't like it that much. I went back the next day without an appointment. Because I wanted a scooter with good suspension, I opted for the Fritz footboard. I've now ridden almost 200 kilometers and have no complaints. You wouldn't believe the types of trails I've ridden on it, and I think I climbed the steepest hills in Essen and the surrounding area without any problems. One star deducted because during installation, a screw on the front fender was overtightened, and the fender cracked at that spot, and when I touched it, a piece even broke off. I explained this in the chat and said I didn't want to complain. I just wanted to let you know that if it broke completely in two weeks, I would come by and have it replaced. But so far, everything's been fine. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response. No "Okay, if anything happens, come by." Nothing 🤔. As you can see from the photos, my mother is also thrilled. And you can see the damage that was already there before I drove it for the first time. So if anything happens, I'll still be happy to go back. Thanks again for the advice, patience, and test drives.
