The workshop was excellent! The advice was excellent! The service was excellent! But what I liked best was that I dealt with genuinely warm and friendly people who clearly have a passion for their craft. Not just some random students who watch a YouTube tutorial before they can even loosen your seatpost and then move on to work somewhere else three weeks later. I'd gladly go back anytime!

Very friendly and competent staff. I went there because of a flat tire, and they also trued my rear wheel. Everything was quick, straightforward, and professional. I will definitely go there again. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with my Prophete e-bike. I went there on Monday, asked about it, and was able to drop the bike off right away. On Friday, I got a call that the bike was ready. It was a warranty case, and Nearbyk is a service partner for Prophete. The staff and owner are fantastic! Excellent customer service; they even offer you something to drink, like coffee or water. All in all, top-notch, highly recommended.

I'm truly impressed with Nearbyk Essen's performance. A repair shop originally told me my bike was hopeless and I could basically throw it away. My thanks go to Gunnar, who, despite it being peak season and working alone in the shop on a Saturday, took the time to check why I kept getting a puncture. He found the problem, fixed it, and 45 minutes later I was able to pick up my repaired bike. That was really great, I'm thrilled and will definitely be back. Thank you 🙏🏻

I visited Nearbyk for the first time and had the brakes on my e-bike replaced. No waiting time, no "leave your bike here" – they got straight to work! This is top-notch service; I haven't seen such immediate assistance in ages. Simply fantastic! Please keep it up! The staff are incredibly friendly and, as far as I can tell, highly skilled. The price is fair and not exorbitant. Great service!

Highly recommended. Super friendly staff. They fixed my hydraulic rear brake immediately. FREE OF CHARGE! I was so surprised that I didn't leave anything for their coffee fund. I'll definitely do that soon. Thanks again!

Excellent repair shop. Not only are repairs done at a fair price, but they also explain exactly what's being done and why. Plus, short waiting times and friendly staff.
