About three years ago, my wife leased a bicycle through Business Bike here. The service was fantastic; Frank was still there back then (you can still hear his voice on the answering machine 😂), along with other employees. We enjoyed relaxed yet professional conversations in the workshop over coffee or beer. They offered spontaneous help with any problems, and we were always warmly welcomed (and as a thank you, we even got a case of beer 😉)! Now my wife wants to lease a new bike – the requirements: a low step-through frame, belt drive, and automatic shifting. She then received suggestions and offers from other bike shops. The young salesman at Pottbikes then told her that was a bit too many component requirements. He said he couldn't help us and that we should go to another dealer. The friendly, family atmosphere is gone – just like us. We sorely missed empathy, courtesy, and expertise, at least yesterday. As requested, we'll now shop elsewhere – and we're very happy to do so… (Even one star is too much in this context!!!)

Locally, this might be a good shop, but from a distance, it's a disappointment. - Ordered a bicycle on January 4, 2026. - On January 20, 2026, refused delivery/withdrew from the purchase because the package was damaged. - To this day, there has been no response from the seller, and the bicycle IS paid for. So, don't buy bikes online!! The shipping company is a nightmare, and refunds for returns are uncertain.

I had some issues with a newly purchased bike from Rose. I was able to drop by without an appointment and was kept informed of the progress at all times. When I picked it up, I also received many helpful tips for self-maintenance. Several minor issues with my wife's bike were also resolved immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Customer service as it should be. From now on, this will be my first choice for everything related to bicycles. Thank you!

I had a problem with my bike – a flat tire. The workshop helped me very quickly. The repair was not only completed quickly but also reasonably priced. I'm really satisfied and can only recommend the workshop!

A top-notch bike shop, I highly recommend it. They really take their time for customers here and don't rush you through like so many others. The advice is excellent; they address specific issues like back problems or tingling hands and give you an honest assessment. Any minor issues or adjustments are handled quickly and easily. Overall, I'm very happy with the Pottbikes team and, of course, with my new bike.
