Absolutely disgusting. There were two long blonde hairs in the bowl. The food was therefore inedible. A complete waste of money.

One of the best supplement shops in Essen, highly recommended! Super nice, super friendly, very personable. They take their time for advice and sales and really cater to each individual customer. The advice is top-notch, so anyone who gives a bad review here should probably just buy their stuff at DM (a German drugstore chain). The shakes they offer are made with high-quality proteins, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. You can tell they know what they're doing with the food, too. And if you think the portions are too small, you haven't grasped the concept. You should go to an all-you-can-eat buffet somewhere; the meals are precisely measured. Like I said, you're better off going to McDonald's or an all-you-can-eat buffet and stuffing yourself with calories. If you haven't understood the principle, there's no helping you; those are people who don't know the first thing about food. To the team: Keep up the great work!

You can definitely make it healthy and tasty and if you calculate it down, it's no more expensive than Prep my Meal from the microwave, only the whole thing is fresh and much tastier. Definitely a tip for every ambitious athlete who pays attention to his diet
