I rented an electric bike here for two days. The bike rode well, and the battery lasted at least 100km. The service was excellent! The shop opened especially for me at the agreed-upon time so I could return my bike on Sunday evening. This shop is highly recommended.

The location is great and there's plenty of parking within walking distance, except on weekends when it can get tight. We booked online in advance, which was very convenient. However, the quality of the bikes didn't quite live up to the hefty price (€40 for two bikes, three hours). The e-bike was okay, but my classic bike rattled quite a bit. The staff was friendly but not overly attentive. What was really annoying, though, was that the bikes didn't have built-in locks and there weren't any left to take with us when we visited. This meant we couldn't visit a café out of sight of our bikes.

Very friendly owner and top-notch bike rental. My bike tires were low on air, so I spontaneously asked if they could help me. Without hesitation, the owner helped me. Thank you 🙏 for your help. Anyone wanting to rent one or more bikes is in the right place here. Top service, top quality 🫶.

Perfect for a lovely Sunday with the family. Good price, good bikes and child trailers, good service, good location. We'll be back. 4 instead of 5 stars because card payments aren't accepted. That's absolutely standard these days.

The best bike rental on the entire Baldeneysee! Super friendly owner with beautiful bikes 😍 Before you can set off, everything is checked again to make sure the seat height is right, the tires have enough air, etc.! I can highly recommend it to everyone ❤️

We were there for the first time this weekend and wanted to rent a dog trailer. The bikes are great. The prices are very fair. Unfortunately, our Maya wasn't entirely comfortable with the trailer, so we ended up not renting it. That wasn't a problem, though; the staff were still very friendly and helpful. I have fond memories of the shop and can highly recommend it. You can also rent bikes for longer periods; I'll keep that in mind for the next time friends visit, so we can do more cycling in the future.
