Highly recommended cycling apparel! Top-quality materials and excellent workmanship. Marco puts his heart and soul into his work. We had jerseys made there for our club. No matter what we needed, his expertise helped him create a real eye-catcher. The prices and delivery times are reasonable.

Perfect once again! Our team of cyclists has been a customer of royalbikewear for several years! Custom cycling apparel at an attractive price! Everything from the order processing and implementation of our ideas to the communication was perfect! Of course, with our intensive use, things sometimes break, but it was always handled fairly! Our next order will definitely be with royalbikewear!

I cannot recommend Royalbikewear! The zipper on my cycling jacket broke after only five uses. I initially complained about the jacket/zipper, but without success. It's a real shame, as the jacket is actually very comfortable to wear. Then they told me to have the zipper replaced and send in the invoice. I did that and never heard from Royalbikewear again, let alone received a refund. Quality is questionable and service is abysmal! Addendum: The initial complaint about the zipper was made during the warranty period. The matter was simply delayed and ignored! The zipper was replaced at a specialist shop at this price, as Royalbikewear provided no prior information. As described, communication was nonexistent. Apparently, I'm just a customer of some middleman. So, apparently, they don't care!?

The complaint regarding the zipper reached us well outside the warranty period (over two years after delivery).<br><br>----<br>The claim that it was within a "guarantee" period is incorrect. According to our contractual partner, the jacket was delivered in July 2020, and we received the complaint at the end of September 2022.<br><br>---- The jacket was not purchased directly from us by the person submitting the complaint and review. We offered to cover the cost of a replacement as a gesture of goodwill and reimburse our contractual partner for this amount, since shipping, etc., usually exceeds the typical cost of replacing a zipper (approx. €20-25) and is also not very sustainable.<br><br>The invoice, submitted four months after receiving the complaint (which we only found in our emails after this review), amounts to €65 for an item delivered in 2020 at a net price of €63. No further inquiry regarding reimbursement was made.<br>... The receipt was issued by a company whose website states it offers services for "interior design, curtain service, and insect screens."<br><br>We exclusively use high-quality YKK zippers, and aside from this complaint, we haven't had a single zipper complaint in the last three years.

The collaboration with Royalbikewear is outstanding. I've been riding in Royalbikewear for three years now with excellent results, which is why we chose Royalbikewear for our new "Team Schwarzwald 300" team as well. Sample clothing was sent to us without any hassle, and we had ample time to try it on and determine the correct sizes. The design process then took place on a cloud-based exchange platform with a 3D viewer. We received friendly support at all times, and all our suggestions were implemented without any fuss until we had finalized the design. A sample print arrived quickly, and production could begin. After about 10 weeks, all the clothing arrived on time, as agreed. We ordered quite a lot, and not a single item was defective. The products are top-notch! The price-performance ratio is excellent. The customer service was perfect. Comments from our group: "These clothes are amazing. I can easily put out 25 watts more, even with yesterday's training load." "The shorts fit like a second skin, and the custom-made chamois ensures carefree cycling for hours." "The jersey fits perfectly, nothing flaps around. Great job!" "The quality at this price is unbeatable. The different fabrics of the jersey ensure top performance." "The jerseys look fantastic. The socks complete the perfect outfit, and the quality is simply superb." No one had anything to complain about. I can say from experience (I've been riding with two pairs of shorts for three years now). These three pairs of shorts are still incredibly comfortable for many hours, even after three years of use. As a team, we can absolutely recommend Royalbikewear. The quality is excellent, the price is right, and the cooperation is always friendly, helpful, and super easy. Keep it up!
