I've been a satisfied customer of Fahrrad-Schlitzer for decades. My beloved everyday bike, a Simplon Kagu, has been completely overhauled there several times due to my high annual mileage. All work has been carried out superbly, and whenever I've had a minor problem, the workshop has always been there for me immediately! The young master bicycle mechanic in the workshop does a fantastic job! Many thanks, and I'll gladly go back to Schlitzer again and again!

I ordered online from Schlitzer – Bikes · Accessories · Service and I'm absolutely thrilled with their service. The package was shipped immediately, but unfortunately got lost in the DPD system. To ensure my Christmas present still arrived on time, a new package was sent out without hesitation, and the issue with DPD was resolved simultaneously. Such customer-oriented and uncomplicated service is rare. Thank you so much! I will definitely order from them again when I need something for my bike.

Very nice bike shop! I'd been looking for ages to see a Trek Fuel+ in person. Here I was even able to test ride the top-of-the-line Trek Fuel+ for €11,500!! Completely free of charge for a day!!! Thanks again for that!! Great bike, I'm now seriously considering buying a Fuel+ to go with my Trek Rail....:)

What amazing service! I only wanted to quickly ask about an appointment… instead, my e-bike was put on the repair stand without me even asking, the cassette was quickly removed, and a missing spacer ring was installed with the help of a colleague and their parts bin! The cost? A contribution to the coffee fund… AMAZING!!! You saved my evening and my week. THANK YOU!

Eleven days ago, I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered by DPD. DPD couldn't locate the package, and at one point it was even listed as lost. Therefore, I would like to expressly commend the service quality of the Schlitzer team – especially Mr. R. He was calm, focused, customer-oriented, and solution-focused, providing me with excellent advice and support. While I haven't received my order yet, this company has demonstrated what customer service should be. Thank you!

I'd been looking for a high-quality gravel bike for quite some time and finally found what I was looking for at Fahrrad Schlitzer. They gave me honest, expert advice without any sales pressure – exactly what you want. In the end, I chose the Trek Checkpoint ALR 6 AXS Gen 3 in a fantastic dark green.
