Unbeatable service! I bought children's soccer cleats with interchangeable studs, but unfortunately, the aluminum studs couldn't be replaced with plastic ones. As a gesture of goodwill, Adidas gave me a replacement pair of shoes after they couldn't find a solution. I've been shopping here for a long time... and I always will. You just don't get this kind of service from Amazon or similar companies!!!

Excellent quality, top-notch customer service, great prices. I decided just a few minutes ago that football should be a part of my life again, and Sport Töni quickly and easily found the right equipment for me.

In my opinion, Sport Töni is the best sporting goods retailer in Essen. Always friendly and competent advice, including a very good selection, which means you always find exactly what you're looking for. Contrary to other ratings and reviews here on Google, my experience with Sport Töni (including as a buyer for sports clubs) has been completely the opposite regarding goodwill and helpfulness. The owner (and the employees) have always been very accommodating when it comes to complaints about goods, etc. I think it's like the saying goes in life: "What goes around comes around..." I've been a regular customer for years and will likely remain so for the next few years, so I can recommend Sport Töni without hesitation. Greetings from Bergerhausen

Very friendly and patient service, especially from the owner. She's experienced with teenagers 😁 Lots of great discounts for club members. The shop is small but well-stocked. We've always found what we were looking for there.

The service was incredibly unfriendly; I've never experienced anything like it in a sporting goods store before. A friend and I went to the store today and were rudely turned away when we asked for a goodwill gesture to exchange the soccer cleats we'd bought the day before for a larger size. My negative review isn't about the refused exchange, which was based on the explanation that she had provided advice and that once the cleats were purchased, they couldn't be resold due to (one-time) signs of wear. It's more about the loud manner in which it was communicated. And when another customer was allowed to chime in, saying that if the store received a bad review on Google, it would be defamation, we simply left what was, quite frankly, the worst sporting goods store in Essen. The soccer cleats cost €71.95, which isn't an amount that a decent retailer couldn't write off as an expense. I am very disappointed with Sport-Töni in Essen Bergerhausen and will also inform my friends and acquaintances about this.
