So, if someone has been walking around in their underwear all morning and then goes into the pool, that's definitely not hygienic! It used to be that you were supposed to shower before getting in the pool, but nowadays you can go in wearing your underwear. The lifeguards interviewed urgently need training on the clothing and hygiene regulations of Essen's swimming pools. These regulations state: "Underwear is not permitted under swimwear."

If you've already bought a €100 gift card from you, it's absolutely incomprehensible and outrageous that this card wasn't accepted at the dog swimming event today. The woman at the checkout was incredibly unfriendly. Shame on you!
