My experience with the Essen branch was unfortunately disappointing. A jacket showed signs of wear and tear after only a short time. The complaint was handled inadequately, and I never received a promised response. I was informed over the phone that my complaint had been rejected – without transparency or a clear explanation. The manager also failed to respond to my written reply. In a previous case involving expensive soccer cleats (the sole came loose after a short time), no customer-oriented solution was offered. In my opinion, this is no way to treat paying customers. Anyone who wants to be successful in the long run should value their customers, take complaints seriously, and handle them professionally.

STAY AWAY! Returns are lost and you don't get a refund, the responsibility is shifted to the customer, and absolutely nothing happens. For almost two months, I've been going back and forth, wasting my time. I've never experienced anything like this. The customer service and their behavior are customer-unfriendly! There were two pairs of shoes. One pair was sent with the label from the package and got lost. The other pair was subsequently returned with a label generated via the website, which was identical to the one in the box. And now they're saying it's the customer's responsibility? DHL is the shipping provider for Teamsport Philipp, not the end customer's responsibility.

I received excellent advice when buying shoes and was able to try on all sizes; the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I even paid the lower online price – I would gladly shop there again.

Shopping there is no fun at all. The three staff members standing around make no effort whatsoever to show even a hint of friendliness or helpfulness.

It might be interesting for footballers, but the selection for other team sports is unfortunately very, very limited. I wanted to buy handball shoes there, for example, but unfortunately there were only a few models of indoor shoes. A little Adidas (no top models), Mizuno and Hummel. Sadly, no Asics or Puma shoes at all. Otherwise, it's pretty much all geared towards football. What a shame...

UPDATE 04.08.25: The phone number listed on Google Maps worked. The service representative could have been more motivated, but he did his job. It's a shame that sometimes you have to cause pain to get things done. Overall, everything went as expected: Item received and complete. I'm giving it 4 stars (instead of 1 star) because, while there were problems and the solution required unnecessary effort, I received good products overall at a fair price. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Placed an order worth €300 almost two weeks ago. No receipt of goods or notification of shipment. The phone number listed online is a recorded message that hangs up afterward, the WhatsApp contact is a number not registered with WhatsApp, and no one answers the email address.

I was there in April 2025. I'd been looking for soccer cleats for my wide feet for weeks. I couldn't find any anywhere, and after consulting with a very helpful salesperson, I ended up being offered three different Puma models that actually fit me. + Great advice from very friendly staff + Very wide selection of soccer cleats + Almost every model in every size up to size 47 in stock I'll be happy to come back!

We placed an order and received written confirmation. The delivery time was stated as 10 to 14 business days. After this time had passed, we called to inquire when we could expect delivery. We were then informed that the item was no longer available. However, we never received any further notification of this. When we asked why we hadn't been informed, the woman simply hung up without comment, saying, "We don't know either."

They sell goods with cheaper tag prices at inflated prices to customers. They even forward these to customers, which I found truly outrageous. Their communication about it was also far from customer-friendly. I will never buy anything from them again. I've never experienced anything like it. Customers are definitely not kings here, unfortunately just victims… What a shame. And they always charge shipping fees. There are many better offers and more customer-friendly websites out there… so stay away…
