Very helpful and professional staff. First the racket’s guy helped me get the right racket and string. Then the lady at the shoe section helped me to get the right shoe which was a difficult step, but indeed she was helpful to the max. Amazing store!

Not good, very limited clothing, could be because of end of season but will not be visiting this store again

They cheat clients! Sold me shoes for 137€, should be 100€, said today no discount! Never come again!

Well, the in person experience wasn’t half bad, normal German shop experience, can’t complain much, but, phone-ins are a different story, asked for a heat shrink sleeve for a small grip, couldn’t get the idea through, switched to English, got hang up in 3 seconds. Charming. Might ask them to help string a racket and confirm that “service let down” in that 1 star comment later, will keep you guys posted though.
