I had my gears adjusted, received a warm welcome, and the whole process was completed very quickly and at a fair price. My bike is running smoothly again; I highly recommend the shop.

Warning: This dealer sells Breezer and Fuji bikes for which there is no longer any distribution or support! The derailleur hanger on my two-year-old Breezer Radar X broke, and apparently, a replacement is unavailable because support has been discontinued. A replica from Pilo is also currently unavailable, so the dealer can't help me. However, he brazenly continues to sell these bikes at full price, even though it's just a clearance sale of remaining stock, or so he claims. In my opinion, this is highly unethical. The shop's otherwise good reputation is being significantly damaged by this. Old stock at full price, without any spare parts support—great. Well, my attempts to get a replacement part have failed. The dealer can't or won't help me, and now the frame is destined for the trash since I can't even sell it in this condition. Thanks to the Tretobratze team.

Thank you so much to the Tretobratze team!!! Since you worked on my somewhat older mountain bike, the brakes are in top condition and the shifting has never been better. The fact that I can always ask questions, buy spare parts directly, and get short-notice appointments for expert repairs is simply fantastic. Unfortunately, I already have three bikes; otherwise, I would love to buy one from your extensive showroom. Both the new e-bikes and gravel bikes, as well as the refurbished used bikes, look amazing. Best regards from my Transalp! Steffi

An old shop that presents a hip environment/culture, but in reality doesn’t listen to customers wishes or concerns. I made an appointment to have my new road-bike inspected. When I arrived at the specified time to collect my bike it hadn’t even been looked at yet, despite the employers standing outside drinking beer - cool I thought, no worries. Until I came back half an hour later and my bike was finished. Finished in the sense of, ignored and not looked over at all. All of the issues that were present when I brought my bike in were there after. When I asked about the noises and issues that were still present I was told to ride more and stop worrying - nice one buddy. I paid 75,- for my bike to sit in their shop for a day. An absolute waste of money unfortunately. VeloWonka in Rüttenscheid is a younger, friendlier and more helpful guy who runs a small shop. He happily invested his time into getting the issues fixed.

I had my bike customized there. They converted the brake system to a Shimano XT 4-piston. I received good advice and am very satisfied with the installation and the brakes.
