We were here on February 27, 2026, to buy new mountain bikes. Ms. Cornelia Lütte quickly realized that we were wandering around the aisles somewhat aimlessly and offered her help, which we gladly accepted. 🤗 After clarifying some basic things (what kind of bike we wanted, what we intended to use it for, our budget, etc.), she quickly presented us with a selection of bikes and explained the pros and cons of each. After a test ride, it quickly became clear that she had managed to find the perfect bike for each of us in a short amount of time through our conversations! 🥰 We are absolutely delighted with the selection, especially with the advice and the time Ms. Lütte invested in helping us, and very grateful for her expert guidance and the consistently pleasant conversations. We are incredibly excited to receive our bikes next week.

I sought advice on a saddle because I was experiencing health problems with my old one. The employee was very friendly and explained the advantages of the newly chosen model. They also offered a saddle fitting. Huge store with a huge selection. We'll definitely be back.

Today I finalized my bike lease with Stadler in Essen and I have to say, I've rarely experienced such excellent, friendly, and above all, patient service as from Ms. Lütte. I'm the type of person who always looks for the perfect all-rounder and therefore has a lot of questions. Ms. Lütte answered them all with great expertise and took her time. The fact that my bike will be ready for pickup tomorrow – after the service team has prepared it – is also not something you can take for granted elsewhere. In short, the team at Zweirad Stadler in Essen is second to none. I'm sure this will be a trustworthy and satisfying three years of leasing. ***UPDATE*** I picked up my bike today, and my positive impression was confirmed both during the handover and when I subsequently bought a helmet. I hadn't ridden a bike in ages, and Mr. Bugiel and Mr. Giese gave me excellent advice, taking plenty of time for me. I'm really very satisfied and decided on a Cannondale company bike. I can only say: first-class service, highly competent and approachable communication. I would gladly use their services again, and thank you to the staff.

On my brother-in-law's recommendation, I went to the Stadler bike shop in Essen today. I was interested in a gravel bike, and my wife (who wasn't with me today) and I were each also interested in an e-bike. I was advised by Mr. Josch, and I can highly recommend both the service and the company. I felt completely satisfied and received excellent advice. The price-performance ratio is also very, very good. I bought my gravel bike and accessories today, and my wife and I will be buying our two e-bikes in the next few days. Ms. L. Becker provided excellent advice to my wife and me regarding our JobRad leasing agreement. Her expertise and service were impeccable. Ms. Becker also stands out for her friendly and approachable manner. We would gladly seek her advice and information again without hesitation. In addition, we received truly excellent advice from a staff member in the helmet department. We were able to try out several models, and the staff helped us find the perfect fit. A helmet light was ordered, and it arrived as promised. The item is now reserved for me. Reliable and perfect. We traveled from Duisburg today, and I have to say: I'm truly impressed. The bike shop is conveniently located and housed in a very large hall offering an enormous selection of all kinds of bicycles, from small children's scooters and bikes to city bikes and even gravel bikes. Everything is available in a wide range of price categories. What's particularly great is that many models are available in various frame sizes. Unlike in other shops, you don't have to settle for a different color just because the right size isn't in stock. This has often been frustrating for our 8-year-old son in the past. The selection here is truly outstanding. The service is also excellent: The staff are attentive, friendly, and answer all questions knowledgeably. The accessories department, with mudguards, bike baskets, and much more, is also well-stocked and offers something suitable for every budget. Our son is having his bike fitted with mudguards and other accessories in the workshop, and we'll be picking it up soon. We're certain: We'll gladly come back anytime and will buy bikes here for other family members as well. A truly fantastic shop!

Excellent service when we bought my son’s bike (Herr Josch) and when we went back six months later to have the brake pads replaced free of charge because we hadn’t bedded them in properly (Herr Müller). Can recommend.
